Observing rules and regulating discipline is the key to prosperity. Maintaining discipline is the core factor of a determined organization. Thus, to make sure that we groom the ethics of our students, the school team works jointly to follow all these rules:

• SCHOOL TIMING

Every student must attend the school regularly, with punctuality and follow the given time. Continuous absence and late arrival will affect students’ profile and progress. Parents must always inform at school in case of their child’s absence and send a leave note or a medical certificate when required. They should also be responsible to complete the C.W and H.W of those days.

Half-day leave is only permissible on parent’s written request only in case of an emergency.

• SCHOOL UNIFORM

Wearing neat and wrinkle free uniform is must. Boys should wear white shirt and grey pants and girls should wear grey shirt with white shalwar & dupatta with school monogram.

• SCHOOL DISCIPLINE

Students of Arqam Public School should act as pillars of maintaining school discipline. Any unethical behavior or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of admission.

Students are responsible to take care of their own belongings. Any damage caused by a student to the school property, will be compensated by the parents.

• BOOKS & NOTEBOOKS

It is compulsory to use school notebooks. All books & notebooks should be plastic covered. Homework diaries should be signed by the parents regularly.

• FEE & PAYMENTS

Fee vouchers are issued every month. Parents have to pay the fee in the bank branch as mentioned in the voucher. Online payments are also accepted. However, in case of payment in any other branch, it’s the parent’s responsibility to inform at school. Parents are requested to pay the fee before the 12^th of every month to avoid any inconvenience.

In case of a delay in fee payment, reminders are sent. If no response is received by the end of the month, the student will be treated as withdrawn and will not be permitted to attend the classes.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE

Our institution makes sure to implement all necessary principles of hygiene. From eating healthy lunch to social distancing during Covid-19 pandemic, we keep a check on everything to match the standard. The system strictly follows guidelines provided by the government to maintain the safety and hygiene of students.

• LUNCH

Students are encouraged to bring a healthy and nutritious homemade snack with them for lunch break instead of unhygienic junk food.
